As a wholesaler, we are more willing to give discounts to customers with long-term cooperation and large purchase volume. When retailers purchase in bulk, they can actively strive for "stage price": for example, a single purchase of 100 sets is 85% off, a 200 set is 78% off, and a 3% off discount for more than 300 sets is 70% off;
at the same time, a "quarterly/annual rebate" is negotiated. If the quarterly purchase amount reaches 50,000 yuan, an additional 3% of the payment will be refunded, and a 5% refund will be given to 200,000 yuan per year. I have a long-term customer who can save nearly 200 sets of purchases each time, plus rebates, and can save nearly 20,000 yuan in procurement costs a year.
In addition, wholesalers can also be required to provide "free packaging" (such as customized jewelry boxes and gift bags) to reduce subsequent packaging costs.
Clarify "after-sales guarantee" to reduce loss costs
Before mass purchase, be sure to agree with the wholesaler after-sales terms: First, "quality issues, return and exchange". If the four-piece set received has drill-off, color fading, and process defects, unconditional return and exchange are supported; second, "unsold-selling transactions", for styles with sales volume less than 5% in 1-2 months on the market, negotiate to replace them with hot products or other best-selling models (usually the exchange rate does not exceed 10% of the total purchase volume);
third, "replenishment timeliness", and agree to the replenishment cycle of hot products (such as arrival within 3-5 days) to avoid missing sales due to out-of-stock. Clear after-sales guarantee can reduce costs and losses caused by quality problems and unsalable sales, making procurement more secure.
